What we are looking for
The Associate Developer supports the technical development and customization of NetSuite ERP solutions, contributing to successful client implementations and integrations. This role focuses on foundational development tasks, including coding, testing, and designing integrations, while collaborating with senior developers and project teams. With a strong emphasis on learning and growth, the Associate Developer plays a vital role in delivering efficient, client-centered technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical requirements align with overall project objectives
- Analyze client requirements to identify the most effective approaches for implementing customizations and integrations within the NetSuite platform
- Assist in developing and implementing customizations to address client-specific business needs, adhering to best practices in NetSuite development
- Create and execute structured test plans to validate customizations and integrations, ensuring all technical components meet functional requirements
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations of custom solutions to clients, effectively showcasing their functionality and value in addressing business challenges
- Contribute to the design and development of connector integrations that enable seamless data exchange between NetSuite and other systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure smooth system interoperability
- Develop and maintain a foundational understanding of NetSuite ERP processes, enabling effective participation in implementation projects and clear communication with clients and team members
- Provide technical assistance during project phases, including scoping, testing, and deployment
- Any other delegated responsibilities by the Employer
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field
- 1 year+ experience as a Technical Analyst with NetSuite
- Programming knowledge with JavaScript
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audience
- Bilingual in french and english as we do have clients outside of the province of Quebec
- Strong task management abilities to manage different projects at the same time
- Strong problem solving ability to identify issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvement to enhance client experience
- Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
- Obtained SuiteAdmin and SuiteFoundation certification
