What we are looking for
The Technical Analyst is a key contributor to the technical success of NetSuite implementations and ongoing client support. This role involves analyzing technical requirements, designing effective solutions, and validating system functionalities through rigorous testing. Collaborating with project teams, the Technical Analyst ensures that client needs are translated into efficient, high-quality technical solutions. With a focus on problem-solving and clear communication, the Technical Analyst plays a vital role in delivering seamless ERP implementations and exceptional client support.
Key responsabilities
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client technical requirements, industry standards, and best practices for NetSuite implementations
- Participate in test scenarios to ensure all technical components of the system meet functional requirements and operate as intended
- Create clear and engaging visuals, including flowcharts and diagrams, to represent technical processes and solutions
- Prepare informative presentations to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients and internal teams
- Document key discussions, action items, and decisions from meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
- Support project objectives by executing various technical tasks, such as system configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical deliverables align with overall project goal
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve client support tickets promptly, ensuring technical issues are addressed effectively and client satisfaction remains high
- Communicate solutions clearly to clients and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on technical solutions
- Any other delegated responsibilities by the Employer
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other relevant field
- Bilingual in french and english as we do have clients outside of the province of Quebec
- Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills by creating detailed process maps and visuals
- Strong task management abilities to manage different projects at the same time
- Familiarity with project management tools, ticketing systems and ERP
- Strong problem solving ability to identify issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvement to enhance client experience
- Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
