Associate Consultant - NetSuite Consultant

We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as a bilingual Associate NetSuite Consultant.

The Associate Consultant plays a supportive role in project implementations, working closely with senior consultants and clients. This entry-level position focuses on investigations, data management, and specific implementation tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Successful candidates for this role should possess a strong knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the product vertical (Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing). You will be advising the clients with a white-gloved approach to understand business needs, design solutions, and provide quality support to ensure the clients have the highest level of satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

- Research: Conduct thorough investigations into client processes, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to inform solution development.

- Visuals: Design flowcharts, diagrams, and presentations that effectively illustrate complex processes and data flows, facilitating better understanding among stakeholders.

- Meeting Documentation: Document key discussions, decisions, and action items during client meetings, ensuring that all relevant information is captured for future reference and accountability.

- Customer Profiles: Maintain detailed customer profiles that include historical data, preferences, and interactions, enabling tailored solutions that meet individual client needs.

- Task Management: Execute a range of project-related tasks, including data entry, analysis, and documentation, contributing to overall project efficiency.

- Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, providing timely resolutions to client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Investigation: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify client needs and operational challenges, providing insights that inform solution development and implementation strategies.

- Develop Test Plans: Create detailed test plans that outline testing objectives, methodologies, and acceptance criteria, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of all system functionalities.

- Own Portions of Implementation: Manage specific segments of the implementation process, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, or Support systems, ensuring that these components are aligned with overall project goals.

- Data Migration and Planning Cutovers: Oversee data migration activities, including mapping data from legacy systems to NetSuite, and plan cutover strategies to ensure seamless transitions without disruption to client operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of NetSuite’s core vertical markets (e.g. Wholesale, Manufacturing, and/or Retail.)
  • Have been part of an ERP implementation experience. Similar ERP offerings may be considered
  • Certifications: SuiteFoundation and SuiteAdmin
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience designing and architecting business process flow charts
  • Ability to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practices
  • Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
  • Knowledge of NetSuite products in the products space (An asset)
  • MBA/Accounting designations (An asset)
  • Supply Chain/Manufacturing Knowledge (An asset)
  • Excellent ability to speak in French

Salary range in CAD: $80,000.00+
