NetSuite Senior Consultant
Remote - Montreal, QC
We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as an bilingual Senior Consultant. As a NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions for our clients. Successful candidates for this role should possess a strong knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the product vertical (Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing). You will be advising the clients with a white-gloved approach to understand business needs, design solutions, and provide quality support to ensure the clients have the highest level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly engage with clients to strengthen business relationships, assess their satisfaction with services, and explore additional business opportunities.
- Perform configurations and customizations of the NetSuite system according to client needs.
- Collaborate with team members in sessions to grasp the business requirements and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the complete delivery of complex solutions for various clients from start to finish.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data migration and system integration strategies.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions.
- Lead testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with clients.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of NetSuite’s core vertical markets (e.g. Wholesale, Manufacturing, and/or Retail.)
- 5+ end-to-end ERP or WMS implementation experience. Similar ERP offerings may be considered
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience designing and architecting business process flow charts
- Ability to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practices
- Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
- Knowledge of NetSuite products in the products space (An asset)
- MBA/Accounting designations (An asset)
- Supply Chain/Manufacturing Knowledge (An asset)
- Excellent ability to speak in French

Salary range in CAD: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00
